Monthly Event: Join your fellow cyclists from UoM, MMU, RNCM, MSP and Central Manchester University Hospitals for a free breakfast on the first Wednesday of every month.
Buddies: Contact an UMBUG Buddy for advice, support or a guided cycle along safe routes to the Oxford Road Corridor.
Cycle Marking: The University offers a free overt bike marking service for all students and staff.
Subsidised Gold Standard Locks: Staff and students can purchase excellent quality subsidised bike locks for only £15 (RRP £40).
Student BUG: The Students’ Union has set up a Bicycle User Group and launched a ‘Get on your bike‘ campaign.
Biko Bikes: The Student Union runs a bike hire scheme whereby abandoned bicycles are donated by Security, refurbished and then hired out to students.
